Shipping Policies:
Because of our high demand, and low prices on our unique items we may occasionally be out of stock. If your item is out of stock or unavailable, a store credit, or refund will be issued.
We ship within the United States only. We do not ship orders over the weekend or major holidays. All orders will be shipped by the US Postal Service or UPS with delivery confirmation and/or tracking number. In the event that your order is time sensitive, please contact us so that special arrangements can be made.
We cannot guarantee times or arrival. We do not assume responsibility for items once they leave our hands. If you do not receive your parcel, please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Local orders will be contacted via email for pick-up, so please be sure to include an email address at the time of order. Payment is due when order is placed unless other arrangements have been made. Non paid orders will NOT be filled.
Payments:
Your payment is very important to us. We respect the information you share with us is personal and confidential. Any information that we collect from you is strictly for the purpose of processing your order or sending email updates. We will not and do not share information with others.
At this time I am only set up for PayPal Credit Card/Bank Card payments only. If you wish to use a check or money order it will delay your order about 10 days until the check clears.
Returns & Exchanges:
Returns are accepted for defective merchandise only. Please notify me via email at ivebeenredeemedtoo@hotmail.com if you need to return or exchange items. Please include your name, address, and order number in the subject box and a brief description of what is defective with the item(s). Returns must be authorized and postmarked no later than 7 days after receipt of your order. All items must be in original condition with all packaging intact, items must be unworn.
Customer is responsible for any return shipping charges.
Non-defective orders and Sale merchandise are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Queen B is not responsible for items lost in shipping and can not issue a refund for lost items.
